Eye of the Storm Bowl —

Perhaps this is technically not a sculpture, but, to me the "sacred circle" is an important form and the bowl shape is perfect for highlighting the natural beauty of this layered stone. This decorative bowl was hand-carved from pyrophyllite; this stone is also known as wonderstone and it is similar to soapstone, but, it is a little bit harder and more durable.
