Intersection I is the first in a series of sculptures inspired by the idea of a form intersecting with itself or two forms intersecting with each other. This particular piece had been in my mind for several years but not fully conceived until now. Intersection I is made of water based clay and finished with an iron oxide coating. It is table top sized and is made to be shown in an indoor setting.
